Who am I?
My name is Brooke, and I’ve spent over 13 years in the health and fitness industry. From supplement stores to personal training, sales, and management at global gym brands, I gained experience across every side of the industry…yet I still felt something was missing.
I was searching for a space that didn’t exist yet: a warm, welcoming environment that wasn’t sales-driven or pushy, but centered on genuine support and trainers whose only goal was helping people succeed. When I realized that place didn’t exist, I decided to create it. That’s how Bodies by Brooke was born.
Outside of the gym, I love spending time outdoors and being creative. You’ll usually find me hiking, camping, mountaineering, snowboarding, traveling, gardening, painting, or relaxing with my sweet pup and partner.
While fitness is my passion, weightlifting isn’t my entire life. Meaning, I don’t expect you to only eat broccoli and lift in a gym 6x/week. I believe in educating and empowering others to build strength, confidence, and long-term health through a sustainable approach…one that fits seamlessly into your unique lifestyle.
