I honestly cannot say enough great things about Brooke and her training!! I had tried other trainers/gyms and was feeling burnt out and frustrated. Brooke helped me clearly define my fitness goals and gave me a clear path to reach them. Not only has she helped me achieve and exceed my strength training goals, she also significantly reduced pain from previous injuries and helped me reach my mountaineering/hiking goals, (I Hiked the Wonderland trail last year with virtually no knee pain!!!) all while being a genuinely great person and putting up with my rambling conversation lol. Thank you Brooke! May be cliche, but your training has truly been life changing!!

Brooke has trained me off and on for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work and she really aims to help you hit your goals with giving you work outs to do throughout the week, until your next session. She is responsive to scheduling changes and questions outside of your session, plus Brooke is so supportive throughout the process.

I’m so happy I found Brooke! She is very knowledgeable, and will answer any questions you have about fitness. She is devoted to all her clients and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. If you’re looking for a personal trainer I highly recommend her or trying out one of her classes! I had never been to a class so I was apprehensive about not being able to keep up, but everyone was super welcoming. It’s designed so anyone at any level can come and get a great workout in without judgement. I can’t recommend this gym enough!

I love the cleanliness, the vibe, and the overall sense of community at this gym. There is never an ounce of judgement from anyone in the building and the trainer is there for you no matter what shape you're in. She always targets exactly what you need based on what you're looking for and what is comfortable for your body. The people who go here are always great at rising each other up and I'm thankful I found this spot. I would suggest it for anyone from a person looking for weightless, a little gains, or even intense muscle building. It really is for everyone.

“Well I suppose I’ll give Brooke 5 stars but only because one time I was actually able to distract her by teaching her to twerk but other then that she’s always trying to be controlling and tell me what to do.... I mean the nerve of that woman! How dare her! 🙄 She’s always upping my goals as soon as I finally reach the last one she gave me, when she asks if it’s too heavy I always have to say yes or she’ll give me more weight, and she’s always counting wrong so I have to do extra. I came to this gym to get selfies at the gym ma’am! She needs to change her name to the Punisher because as soon as she finds out you can lift heavier she puts on more weights. The worst part about it is how she demands you do all these exercises but just stands there starting at you or petting your dog... and then if you skip from 3 to 10 she always catches you! I mean, who does that? My friends at the gym never call me out like that. Also I’d like to add that one time she made me hike 12 miles in a kingdom of rattlesnakes surrounding us and told me to keep going. I mean I could have been bit and died! Oh, and if you tell her your sore she just demands you stretch and cry it out... like, no homie I wanna cry it out in bed at 7am not on your gym floor while you pet my dog, staring at me, and judging if I’m lying about how many tacos and shots of tequila I had over the weekend! My fitness pal never judges me like that! They just say, “your goal for the day is_______” and they stay positive and I’m all about that positive life! So Brooke if I could suggest some things it’s that you need to have a Tacos and Tequila night where we watch you work out and ask to see you fitness journal while we bark orders at you and pet your dog Mia!”
