Select clients may also add exclusive membership access for independent training.

First session will always be a “get to know you” session. We always go slow and controlled and I meet you right where you’re at. Sessions will gradually increase intensity as you progress and I focus heavily on mobility and injury prevention along the way. I’m also a yapper, so sessions won’t be awkward and I may even distract you from the pain. ;D Expect a warm, friendly environment, no pressure, and you’ll have lots of consent on the level of intensity you desire. Also, expect some puppy snuggles from here and there.
