Sessions are fast paced, structured, focused, and individualized to help you make consistent progress efficiently. I recommend 60-minute sessions for strength focused clients.

Buddy Training | 60 Minutes

This semi-private training session is designed for two individuals who want personalized coaching while training together. Each session is structured to accommodate both participants’ goals, experience levels, and abilities while maintaining a focused and efficient workout.

Ideal for friends, partners, or training partners looking for accountability and motivation in a supportive environment.
